Rentals, a division of Fairway Property Managers, Inc. has a different approach
to property management. Our goal is to give the best service to our property
“owners-partners” and guests. As a family business we provide an alternative
to the hotel, offering each guest an opportunity to maximize their experience
at Ocean Reef Club as a resident.
John Grunow has been a member
of Ocean Reef Club since 1990, and very active serving on the Ocean Reef
Advisory Board and Marine Advisory Board as well as being a board member of numerous
associations. He started Reef Rentals/Fairway Property Managers, Inc. in 1997.
Mr. Grunow is an entrepreneur and founder of International Marine Industries,
one of the world’s largest marine accessory manufacturing companies in the
90’s. He was involved with numerous other ventures. With the purchase more
than two dozen properties, Mr Grunow’s goal was to raise the level of
accommodations at Ocean Reef Club. Today, as one of the largest equity owners
in Ocean Reef Club he continues this philosophy offering beautifully renovated
properties to guests for their maximum enjoyment of the Club. He is committed
to the Ocean Reef Club and attracting new members through his many activities
at the Reef and enjoys taking guests to play tennis, fish or golf.
John Grunow III, Vice
President, a recent graduate of NYU Business School helps with the company
operations and is on the look out for more property opportunities.
Lisa Venus, Vice President of
Marketing and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, is very involved here at
Ocean Reef Club with the Chamber of Commerce, Bonefish Bonnies, and Flying
Club. You will often find her and John at the tennis courts, fishing or at the
Burgee. She brings the organization more then 25 years experience in real
estate. Ms. Venus works with the “owner -partners” to handle all aspects of
marketing in various medias with the goal of gaining the most exposure at the
best possible pricing the goal is to maximize revenue for our “owner -partners”
in our rental program. She is committed to providing comprehensive, personal,
and professional management services.
Nicole Petrocelli, our
Vacation Specialist and Office Manager overseas all aspects of your vacation.
Beginning at reservation, Nicole’s goal is to find a rental property that will
best accommodate you and your family’s needs. To create a stress free
atmosphere she also may assist in the following arrangements; booking of
transportation, arrival start up groceries, boat charter reservations, etc.
Nicole has a background in Interior Design and available for special occasion
arrangements and party planning for that special occasion.
