Should our routine inspections yield any need for repairs, we will inform you promptly so that you may independently contract for the maintenance call to be made at your convenience. GENERAL SERVICES Key holding Release keys to preferred vendors Limited pre-storm preparedness Post-storm inspection MONTHLY SERVICES Inspect for forced entry and vandalism Secure doors and window Check smoke detector operation and change battery when needed Check faucet leaks Flush toilets Inspect A/C handler Change A/C filters Replace light bulbs Inspect water heater Inspect water meter and electric meter Extended Maintenance Services In addition to the extensive inspection and limited maintenance, our Extended Maintenance offers owners answers to meet customized needs. All are performed by our approved vendors. The Extended Maintenance Service includes: Pool maintenance Hot tub maintenance Window cleaning Lawn maintenance and landscaping Pressure washing of house and deck Pre-storm preparedness–boarding up and securing storm shutters Scheduling carpet and upholstery cleaning Housekeeping Services Dedicated Second Home Housekeeping Teams allow housekeepers to become familiar with their assigned homes; providing consistent, quality services and accountability. Costs are determined based on residence layout, size and difficulty to clean.
